Structure Length – Our units can be built up to 200m long.
Steel Frame – High specification, s250 construction grade, 60x2mm steel arch frames.
Hot Dip Galvanised – Post fabrication, for 30+ years life.
PVC Cover – 900gsm PVC Fabric cover with 10 year warranty.
Foundations – 1m ground spikes, through stone/grass etc. chemical bolts in to existing concrete slabs. No concrete foundation is required.
Wind load – Designed and proven in 140kph wind gusts (85mph).
Snow load – Designed and proven at 120kg/m2, which is approximately 30cm of wet snow.
Standard Colour – Green, Grey or either with a White with a 2m wide apex, allowing in additional light.
Our product is CE Marked by the original manufacturer if installed correctly.

- Open Gables – The lowest cost option providing excellent access.
- Ground Connections – Designed to be built on concrete block walls and lego-like modular concrete walls.
- Other colour options are available for specific applications, please ask us.
Things to consider
Block wall height & bay layout: Your concrete block configuration will drive the final enclosure dimensions and how vehicles manoeuvre.
Traffic flow & clearance: Plan for turning circles, loading height, and safe separation between vehicles and pedestrians.
Drainage & housekeeping: Keeping water away from bays and maintaining clean edges helps prevent contamination and keeps materials in better condition.
Groundworks & base: A steel frame building is only as good as what it’s sitting on — drainage, levels, and foundations matter for long-term performance. A Fabric building has the added advantage of flexibility and is more forgiving than a steel or cement-board clad structure.
A 50m building unit can fit on to one lorry, which is great for optimising transport cots (sometimes 60m, depending on the structure)
PVC Cover – Where buildings are over 24m long, covers are overlapped and connected on-site, during installation. This works great, it’s a very practical and reliable solution.
